Current Needs List

Children First Leadership Academy is always willing to accept your donations for our students and their families. Below is a list of items that we especially need for our donation room. Please keep in mind that we prefer new clothes for our children. It makes them feel so good to know people care. Remember they are use to hand me downs or things taken out of the garbage. We CAN NOT except used Underwear, Socks, or Shoes. If we do receive these items. They will go into our recycle bin, which in turn we get pennies on the dollar back.

General Items
Now that it is starting to cool down. The children are coming in to get a hoodie or winter jacket but we are very limited. So Please if you can buy one or two hoodies,or jackets size children’s 8 to Ex Large Adult sizes. Gloves and Hats that would be such a big help seeing that some of the children have to be at the bus stop before 6:00 am they can get pretty cold standing out there in just a shirt.

  • We are also out of size 14 in girls underwear and Women’s size 6, plus women’s sock. We have never had to give our children here as much in clothes as this year. So please help them stay warm.

Clothing Items
Do to the fact that there is so much chaos in the children’s lives we decided to make the dress code a little easier for them. They are now allowed to wear any color shirt as long as it has a collar. No writing or symbols are allowed on the shirt. Pants/shorts that are khaki, black, navy blue,or jeans, for both boys and girls. The girls are allowed to wear dresses and skirts of the same colors. No leggings except to wear under their dress or skirt and they must be Solid Color. No Sweat Pants may be worn in school.
